Inventory settings manage raw material recipe deductions, stock quantity tracking per variant, cross-channel sold-out toggles, and deduction timing rules.

Configuration Options

Detailed Feature Explanations

1. Item Availability (Sold-Out Management)

When Item Availability is enabled, staff can long-press or tap the item availability icon to immediately mark a dish or beverage as Sold Out. This instantly grays out the item and prevents customer selection across:

In-store POS terminals
Table Static QR & Dynamic QR ordering
Online Web Store & Delivery aggregators

2. Variant Quantity Tracking

Best suited for retail merchandise, canned beverages, or limited daily specials. Each product size or variant has a dedicated stock counter (e.g. Vanilla Pudding: 12 left). Every sale decrements the counter by 1. Once it reaches 0, the system automatically marks the variant as unavailable.

3. Defer Paid Deduction Strategy

Standard (Immediate on Order): Deducts stock as soon as the ticket is sent to the kitchen. Best for sit-down restaurants to reserve stock immediately.
Defer Paid (Deduct on Checkout): Deducts inventory only when payment is confirmed. Best for environments with high order modifications or order cancellations.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
