Customer Display System (CDS)
The Customer Display System (CDS) enables a secondary, customer-facing screen connected to your QUEUE POS terminal. It provides customers with live visibility of their cart items, modifiers, discounts, taxes, and payment QR codes, while displaying promotional media when the terminal is idle.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Live Cart Mirroring: As the cashier adds or edits items, the customer sees the updated item list, customizations, unit prices, and running totals in real time.
- Dynamic Payment QR Codes: Automatically displays dynamic QR codes for mobile payment methods such as LINE Pay, JKO Pay, Taiwan Pay, or Apple Pay / Google Pay NFC prompts.
- Dual-Mode Layout: Responsive layout optimized for both landscape tablets, external HDMI monitors, and dedicated integrated customer displays.
- Idle Marketing Carousel: Displays branded banners, seasonal promotions, and announcements when no active transaction is taking place.
Enabling & Configuring Customer Display
Section titled “Enabling & Configuring Customer Display”- On the secondary screen tablet or monitor, open the QUEUE POS app.
- Select your store and navigate to the Customer Display mode from the main login/mode selector.
- The display will pair with your primary cashier terminal using local network synchronization or QUEUE Cloud Servers sync.
- When orders are created or updated on the cashier terminal, the Customer Display updates instantly.
In-Transaction Screen Breakdown

| Price Breakdown | Itemizes subtotal, discounts applied, service charges, tax breakdown, and total due. |

| Promotional Banner | High-resolution image banner showcasing current store campaigns. |
