QUEUE makes it easy to connect and manage the printers that keep your business humming. Whether you’re printing receipts, kitchen orders, or labels, you’ll have everything under control, ensuring your customers have a seamless experience.

You can configure each printer you want to use with QUEUE here.

Manage Your Printers

• View a list of connected printers: See all printers currently set up with your store.
• Add or remove printers as needed: Customize your setup to match your specific needs.

Supported Printer Types

• ESC/POS printing: Versatile option compatible with various printers.
• Epson TM printing: Designed for Epson TM-series printers.
• Star Micronics: Optimized for Star Micronics printers.

Adding a New Printer

1. Click New Printer + : Enter a custom name to identify the printer
2. Select the printer type: Choose the model that matches your printer.
   • ESC/POS printing: Versatile option compatible with various printers.
   • Epson TM printing: Designed for Epson TM-series printers.
   • Star Micronics: Optimized for Star Micronics printers.
3. Choose paper width: Select either 58mm or 80mm to match your paper rolls.
4. Search for available printers: Click the search icon to scan for nearby printers.
5. Select the discovered printer: If found, it’ll appear as a button below the port field.
6. Run a self-test: Print a test page to confirm everything is working smoothly.
7. Press Save Don’t forget to save the setting.

Troubleshooting and Tips

• Decrease width if needed: If you’re experiencing cutoffs on your printed receipts, enable the “Decrease width” option to adjust the print margins.
• Consult printer documentation: Refer to your printer’s manual for specific troubleshooting steps or advanced settings.
